Sharp, sharper, the Churfirsten. Admittedly, they look pretty sharp. But they are the sharpest on our Panoramaknife «universal». The blue-polished blade cuts the dried meat «Mostbröckli» wafer-thin - so really sharply. The handle is made of fine jacaranda wood. Having the Churfirsten ready to hand at home at all times sounds good - doesn't it? We think so, because it is simply an original - just like the Toggenburg.
